Event Organizers are responsible for their own handling of personal information once received.

Certain Events may have different age requirements established by Event Organizers.

Event Organizers receiving attendee information through the Platform are independent controllers of that information for purposes related to the operation of their Events.

Event Organizers are responsible for:

  • protecting attendee information;
  • using attendee information only for legitimate Event-related purposes or other purposes authorized by the attendee;
  • implementing appropriate security measures.

CIMINOW is not responsible for an Event Organizer’s independent privacy practices after attendee information has been lawfully shared for Event administration.

14. Third-Party Websites

The Platform may contain links to websites, applications, or services operated by third parties.

This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through CIMINOW.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites and encourage Users to review the privacy policies of those services before providing personal information.
